OVERVIEW

  • All products ship from our 51 Speedshop facility in Colorado.
  • Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified
  • Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days depending on location
    U.S. TERRITORIES, MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS, & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
    • USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days from ship date

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • For international orders placed via our website, we ship from our U.S. location via USPS Priority International, Priority Express International or First Class International. Shipping times are dependent on which shipping option you select at checkout, but may be longer due to customs.
    • Please note when ordering from our U.S. website, customers are responsible for ALL duties and local taxes.  Carrier will collect payment at delivery.
    • We are unable to mark items as "gift" or "sample" to lessen duty charges.
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping service providers. Delays on international shipment are most commonly cause by shipments being processed through customs controls. 51 Speedshop has no authority to expedite this process. If your item is delayed, you can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider you chose at checkout or contact your local customs office.

    SHIPPING FAQS

      HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
      • Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate domestically based on the total weight of your order. There will only be one domestic shipping option during the checkout process based on your location and weight of the total order.  The shipping fee will be applied to your order total at the end of checkout.
      WHERE DOES 51 SPEEDSHOP SHIP TO?
      • We currently ship domestically within the US 
      • We currently ship Internationally to the 26 countries listed below. 
      • We are adding new countries everyday, If you don't see your country listed please email info@fiftyonespeedshop and we will get it added as soon as possible.

            CAN PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT MAILING ADDRESS FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?
            • Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. Shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address.
            HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO REACH ME?
            • Domestically your shipment will take 2-3 business days. For international shipments an estimate of how long it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout. 
            ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW QUICKLY WILL IT SHIP?
            • We ship orders once a day Monday through Friday afternoon. Depending on whether your order was placed before that days shipment, it will ship either that same day or the following afternoon. 
            CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
            • In order to change any shipping information on your order after it has been placed, please contact us for assistance. We will do our best to provide a new address to the carrier. You can email info@fiftyonespeedshop.com and we will do our best to assist you.
            HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
            • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped.  An order tracking number and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.
            HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
            • When your order has shipped, you will receive an order tracking number on your Shipping Confirmation email. The email will also provide a link so that you can access the order data.
              WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
              • If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating your package, please email info@fiftyonespeedshop.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
              WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?
              • If your product arrived damaged, please email info@fiftyonespeedshop.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
