All products ship from our 51 Speedshop facility in Colorado.
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS First class or priority mail depending on the size and weight of the items ordered

For international orders placed via our website, we ship from our U.S. location via Priority Express International, First Class International, or UPS Standard. Shipping times are typically between 6-10 business days, but may be longer due to customs.
Please note when ordering from our U.S. website, customers are responsible for ALL duties and local taxes. Carrier will collect payment at delivery.
We are unable to mark items as "gift" or "sample" to lessen duty charges.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping service providers. Delays on international shipment are most commonly cause by shipments being processed through customs controls. 51 Speedshop has no authority to expedite this process. If your item is delayed, you can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider or contact your local customs office.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate domestically based on the total weight of your order. There will only be one domestic shipping option during the checkout process based on your location and weight of the total order. The shipping fee will be applied to your order total at the end of checkout.

CAN PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT MAILING ADDRESS FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. Shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO REACH ME?
Domestically your shipment will take 3-5 business days. For international shipments an estimate of how long it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option used and will reflect in your shipping confirmation email.
ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW QUICKLY WILL IT SHIP?
Your order will ship at longest 3 to 4 business days after being placed. There are days we are out of the office, please allow 48 hours before contacting us in regards to your shipment.
I HAVE A RACE (FIT/LEAVINGTHE COUNTRY/ETC.) THIS WEEK, WILL MY ORDER BE HERE BY THEN?
Most likely not! Plan ahead, we are a small company with lots to do. If you have an order that needs to be rushed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it can be expedited BEFORE placing your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
In order to change any shipping information on your order after it has been placed, please contact us for assistance. We will do our best to provide a new address to the carrier. You can email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped. An order tracking number and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.
